Their website has a lot of cool info on how they started their mushroom business if anyone's thinking of doing the same, and they did it 15 or 20 years ago, when this business was in it's infancy, and as Candice likes to say, unbankable (She couldn't get loans from the local banks, but sure enough, they're doing it anyway, and it's a cool story.)
They're good people with good business ethics. I met them at one of Mo-Mei Chen's seminars at University of California, Berkeley campus (now that's a fun town to visit!)
