I'm partial to chicken tikka masala myself. And I :heart: naan so much. And those crackers 'n chutney or whatever before the meal. :heart: indian food.

i guess i enjoy a mix.

there are very few people from south india (karala, tamil nadu, karnataka) who have moved to the west and started restaurants. most restaurants were started by north indians (or bangladeshis/pakis). while the food is generally good, there are some big difference between it and south indian food. every once in a while, though, you'll find a restaurant with fresh masala dosa though :drooling:

Today I will have an apple and some carrots for lunch.  Saving myself for dinner...Fresh made ziti, baked with one of my homemade sauces, parmesan, and some fresh mozzarella :drooling:

Vindaloo or Masalas are good dishes, just depends on whether you want chicken, lamb or some vegetable variation.
