Have you checked your SPAM or Deleted Items folder? If you have spam software installed, things can get inadvertently lost from time to time. For the record, we periodically send anonymous emails to our vendors requesting support, to verify that they are conducting themselves in a timely and professional manner. Thus far, we have had no problems with MycoShack but we will keep an eye out, as we do for all our vendors.

yeah MYCO FACTORY and i emailed them twice and i have gmail and pm him like a week ago and he sead we don't answer question threw pms to email him then after that its been 5 days at look this thread 2 days they haven't answer it and they have great customer service they sent me a pm say we don't do pm he could just answer it then myco supply for now on
