After rereading through the rules of posting complaints in here like a dozen times, I have concluded that I might not even bother, as I am not in the wrong, but do not feel like getting flamed for my true opinions.

All I will say is    from us!

We really hope that Mycrofactory will provide better service and honor things that they tell future customers in emails (that we did not ask for, but kept us from cancelling our order). We sure are not satisfied with our first and only purchase with Mycobag and hope that they don't continue to do the same with Mycrofactory. If you guys are at a low for some reason...we hope you get back up quickly!

Now .... does anyone know another sponser here that carries a 1000 lot of large filter patch bags for around the same price? Spring is here! Yay!

I am off to wash the bad taste left in my mouth from all of this with a nice cold rye and ginger .

I am sorry you remain unsatisfied. I tried to explain things to you and even have offered you free product. We never like to lose a customer and try to do the right thing by our customers. If I am not mistaken your order has been shipped and I am sorry for the delay of us and our plastic suppliers. Some things are out of our control. We have been waiting for this last shipment for over 3 months ourselves. We do try to keep our products in stock at all times however sales rise and product goes out and our suppliers let us down and we are left with nothing left to ship to our customers. It can snowball out of hand but we do our best to deal with it.
Again I am sorry. Our new cart system will allow us to only charge the customer when we are actually shipping the product. This should help customers feel confident when they are charged they are going to be getting their order. We can also actively mark items as out of stock on the new site helping to control the ordering of out of stock items.
My apologies,
MycoFactory

I will say that YOU as a PERSON, were very kind to us and responded to our email. It was the transaction/process of the whole thing that has irritated us. That is a reflection on the business aspect. It is quite right that you stated that you were sending extra bags. (we did not ask for anything). That is great cause they are extra bags. Sometimes free goodies do not make it right. A persons time in some cases is far more valuable than extra goodies. I would have been much happier WITHOUT the extra bags (no really!) and RECEVED expedited delivery instead, which is what we thought we were getting as was stated to us after the problem was brought to our attention.

I think what pissed me off the most was originally checking my mail for a package notice expecting one and getting an email instead hat says they are not even in stock and were not weeks before we ordered. I bit my lip on that...really i did. I can be stubborn and hard to reason with and decided to just wait. Now, when am expecting to get a package by the end of the week I look up the confirmation item and see that it was sent standard which means We probally will not get t until next week. Post is great up here, Ups sucks up here, Purlator sucks up here. I guess I just blew my stack. We had planned on ordering 1000 bags in a month after getting these bags, so extra bags rreally did not hit my fancy. ( do not get me wrong, if I was not ordering a larger amount shortly, I would have been truly stoked!)

Basically, all I can really say now is that if we were originally told of the wait and that the item was not in stock, we would have ordered elsewhere (cause we really needed theses first 100 quickly) but we most likely would have waited (in a less hurry) and ordered the larger shipment from you guys. I cant afford to pay Euro to get them sent here to Canada. That would cost me twice as much if not more than from you guys. the only dealer I know in Canada only sells 100 lots. So now we are left once again searching for an alternative.

Communication is great. Would have prevented this in the first place. My being mad, you having a business f-up...all with a simple strategically placed OUT OF STOCK in my opinion.
Personally I think you should pm your supplier's addy and I will shit in a mycobag and mail it to them gladly!

Az

Hopefully one day you might have a mycobag distributer in Canada!

You are correct it would have been prudent to put a out of stock notice on the site. This will be much easier to do now with our new set up. Here is to hoping we don't need to do that.
Perhaps you would like to become a Canadian MycoFactory supplier? lol
I am sorry things did not work out for us on this one. Perhaps some other time you will consider us again and hopefully we will perform to your expectations.
I understand how you feel. I have had bad experiances with ordering also. That is why we try hard to do things right when we can. My staff works hard for me and they do a great job most of the time. Aside from the mis-typed tracking number sent to you they did their best to help you. I wish we had gotten our plastic on time and you would not have even missed a beat with your order.

Lmao at that...Unfortunately Canada does not want me here as is so I seriously doubt I could ever convince Immigration to let me do something like that.(governments are hard to appeal believe me...I wish they would sign the damn papers and quit jerking our families chickens)
HOWEVER, I really meant what I said by the suggestion. Right now the currency differences are not bad (yes the American dollar is weak but not as weak as ours has been awhile back, not that CAD is awesome now). If it gets back to how it was it will be so damn expensive to order things from the states again. If you found a reputable business up here that would become a distributor of the bags...I would honestly prefer to buy from there and would. The business would get an added inventory item up here, you guys move more bags, and us buyers in Canada would be happy. There would be quicker shipping and no customs declaration for them to stick their nose in, which would be a major plus. Everything we do is edible so we are not worried, but you never know. Then I could piss of my mailwoman even more! (she has to carry an extra bag for me sometimes cause I order so much free shit off the net and get stacks of shit routinely...lol. My wife is the mailmans worse enemy when it comes to her and all her catalogues. We live on the last of her walk to..so she is always huffing and puffing and muttering when she knocks on the door! I believe in getting tax payers money worth from our civil service workers and do!

Az

You know, I can bitch and gripe all I want but I must say thank you for the extra bags you are sending. You did so with the intention of making us happy and that is what I should remember. My wife is one that always is bitching at me to lighten up and that thoughts are what matter in some cases more than the original action. I was just listening to her before she left to work.
