Failure to stop to a blue light- now im being drug tested?????

alright i was younger and dumber and me and my friend were throwing eggs from my car. we had been doing it forever and never got caught. well we hit a cop (biggest drug cop in my town!) i didnt know it was a cop so i ran then he followed me into a neighborhood then he turned on the lights. from the time he turned on his lights to when i stopped i dont remember any of that. if he hadnt sounded the siren i prabably wouldnt have stopped. now my lawyer says that that will be dropped BUT i will be getting random drug tests from now untill december. I HAVE TO HAVE MY POT!!! but why would he be able to do that when i had no drugs and was on no drugs?

alright, what the fuck is probation?

and i think i can get out of it if i tell them what happened. i was going like 10 when he was behind me. plus im good friends with this cops son. i dont know im fuckin hatin this.

and get this, the lawyer said it was a hair test and that it would be in my hair for 21-30 days and i know thats not true because my friend had to get his hair permed to get his head clean and it worked. but shrooms and what other drugs dont show up? i really wanna know

You threw eggs from a moving vehicle at a cop, and did not stop when he tried to pull you over? If i was the cop, i would have shot you.

You shouldn't be gitting drug tested. You should be in jail.

i blacked out, i dont remember anything from when i saw the lights to when i was stopped. if he didnt sound the siren i probably would have ran right into a house.
