shiitake and portabellas...

i've been trying to find information on these mushrooms such as, ways to grow them, sucessful setups, and prices they sell for, but it seems this information isnt as abundant as physcidelic mushrooms( go figure). so i'm asking if anyone knows a couple good websites that has some good up to date info on this subject. i'm very intrested in learning legal farming of mushrooms as a possible carreer, or for a more realistic possibility, a extra way of earning a little money. so if you know any sites that explain stuff on shiitake and portabella mushrooms, i really like to hear from you. thanks!

(i'm also looking at truffels, which appears to be very lucritive i might add)

First of all, Ween is cool.

Second of all, I really suggest you pick up The Mushroom Cultivator for $29.95. It has detailed description of growing many species including those. Basically, you start with quarts of rye and spawn (if you want) and then move onto straw or plug logs. (depending on which of the two you are growing).

Anyways, you should really pick up that book.
