I found this old dehydrater-should i use it?

It does'nt have any tempature controll or any fan
Would it be fine to use?

Is there a fan in it?  If not, I wouldn't use it.  If so, disable the heating element, and use it!

But if it does not have a fan, why not just use the convenient racks and put them on top of a box fan!  Super fast drying, and nearly free :smile:

no fan/no heat or no controls for it?

if there is no control you can check it the temp, but yeah it should work :wink:

It plugs in = heats up - thats it - no fan.
Do newer versions of this type of dehydrater have fans or not?

I would take the trays and just use those on top of a regular fan.
