the Perfect Dehydrator?
    #5288063 -

you guys convinced me. i'm gonna get a food dehydrator to dry my shrooms. no more floor covered with box fans and milk crates. i don't know that i'll stop using desiccant as the final touch, but i'm definitely gonna go with a stackable dehydrator - probably a Nesco if i can find one for a good price.

i need a guesstimation on what size dehydrator i'll need (and how many trays) for my soon-to-be regular harvests.

i need to cover at least what one Martha can put out (on constant cycle) and maybe 1-2 tubs of "special" cakes also. :mushroom2:
