A good easy recipe for canned salmon is salmon dip:

creme cheese
can salmon
half a bunch of green onions

Cut the green onions in 1/4" rings and add everything and mix untill the creme cheese is soft.

Serve with Wheat Thin crackers and cocktail sauce.

Works well with canned clams too - if you like more of a chew.
Though personally, I'd prefer some hot sauce to the cocktail sauce :yesnod:

oh you want a clam dip, eh

try this

1 thingy creme cheese
1 thingy clams
save juice
1tsp Worcestershire
1/4c good creme sherry

soften cheese, mix in clams, Worcestershire and sherry - add juice to tastes/consistency

serve with potato chips
