I GRADUATED from something!!

Yay, I graduated!  I completed something! :smile: We did dogs in the morning, then we changed clothes and went to lunch with the DSM, and all the managers, their treat at Olive Garden.  For some reason I got flirtatious with the DSM (it's all the power he wields) and he was responding playfully, so we had a good time. 

After that, we went to the training room and they pushed play on a CD player so it played the 'graduation song' while the DSM handed us our diplomas.  Yeah, it was very non-grandiose, but I looked around and realized all the students were in tears, we were laughing and carrying on as though we'd won the Noble Prize. 

The last day of academy is tomorrow, then I go back to my home salon on Monday and start field training.  I'm excited.  :smile:

The most rewarding thing you'll ever do will be grooming a thouroughly matted Olde English Sheepdog.
It comes in looking like shit, and when you're done, it looks totally awesome. The dog usually knows he looks
good too, and struts out of the salon with his coat "bouncing".
