Kava Kava Tea

i have about a half ounce of the kava paste from IAS left and was wondering how i could make a tea with it?...or if i should just eat the golf ball-sized paste? which would be more efficient? i have yet to receive results from this kava kava paste. :mushroom2:

Try drinking some olive oil at the time of ingestion. The only time I ever achieved decent results from eating powderized Kava that is what I did. Kinda gross tho. Actually, I'm shuddering right now just thinking about it. But the oils emulsify with the Kava and release the goodness.

Just eat the paste. It feels very medical... It works, but for recreation root works best.
