if i remember correctly its in august or sept. i think sept. last year my girl and i stopped by. it was cool to see all the shroomers, and the giant morel that was almost a fore-arm in height. yea baby, yea!!

Telluride, Colorado - about 325 miles southwest of Denver. It's pretty much a ski-resort town.

last year was a good time. i found like 6 King Boletus and a couple morels. (although i almost ate a false morel. stupid me didn't cut it vertically first.) i guess it was altogether a good time and a learning experience. I highly recomend checking it out at least once.

They have seminars and speakers and field hunts. Most topics relate to legal forms of mushrooms enthusia, but I know there are some speakers covering the more funkadelic aspects of mushrooms.
