Some damn tasty North Carolina BBQ.  Over here in New Mexico, the crap they try to pass off as BBQ is horrible.

Just give me a massive pull-pork sandwich with coleslaw...or some NC Baby Back Ribs anyday.  :drooling:

Oh...can't forget about some famous Sweet Iced Tea.  Mmmmm.....

You can buy their sauces right off the website.

If you've got a little cash to spend I suggest trying it, you won't regret it.

As did I.  I would go get the Double Bacon Chili-Cheese A-Plenty.  And drink about a gallon of the best damned Iced Tea in the world.  :drooling:

Dude. The only place that sold pulled pork in town went out of business recently. Sad day at flatrock, people. Sad day, indeed. On the up side, I have become addicted to the meat department at costco. The rib eyes are the bomb, and they've got a good selection of swine, too.

I'm missing that terribly.  Its been about 6 months since I had any.  I remember a few buddies and I would party all night, then wake up and head over there to put tons of cholestorol in our hung-over bodies.  :thumbup:

What I miss.
The summer, the warm heat breeze in the foothills hiking along.
The swift roads down a blossom filled tunnel of cascading vines around perilous looking oaks.
Thinking I should because I want to.
Swimming in the river.
Talking until 2am.
Kissing you.
The time alone when I loose my mind in the woods.
Walking through the coals and not staining the carpet.
The way a leaf breaks and fractals when the morning sunlight hits it.
The way a mushrooms stands tall and wide whereever you look.
The tides that can ride me in .

Pulled pork from free range pig is great on the market here.
Sweat tea, well... try mine for $8 dollars a gallon and you can welcome yourself to the south.
