If the website is registed to people in the US, why doesnt the DEA just go after those whom are running the site? Are you saying this is like an entrapment type sting or something? I dont know if I would worry about the law showin up at your front door as long as your not in possession of anything. Sure, they can get a warrant and file some conspiracy BS etc.. but, I would say your just gonna get ripped off.

Do you know what they did after web tryp? They kept ACS up and running to allow more orders placed.

it ould verywell be the DEA running it now, or the DEA may be collecting data
from it, or they must think it's so ludacris that people would order from
a site with such a sketchy history that they figure the druggies need to be

sting, possibly... entrapment is when you are coaxed or coerced into doing some
thing that you wouldnt normaly do under normal circumstances, crimes made
under duress. buying voluntarily from a chem company wouldnt be entrapment

if they were going to come, they would have done so by now unless they're
investigating the guy, ordering an RC isnt really enough to warrant an
investigation unless he's ordering a large quantity, $50 is a laughable
quantity even to the local cops

Perhaps but the same conclusion could be reached from those whom order spore syringes, glass pipes and other items that could potentially harbor/contribute to the production of illegal substances. The difference is, without getting the actual package with a controlled substance, they can only file a warrant under conspiracy charges rather than possession. Of course, maybe the DEA is running the whole site and following the package until the recipeint signs...then makes the bust. Thats what Im asking. Im not saying the DEA cant make a stink about it----Im saying most likely they wont...IS this really a priortiy....if it is, using this rationale 1 of the following from below would be more effecient:

**Setup a Ethno. retail site (much like the vendors)---sell P. Torch, S.Pedro, M. Hostilis etc.. for alot cheaper than the competition, get on all the search engines attracting hundreds of customers. Charge the Credit Card and arrive at the billing address with a mercanary of agents for possesion "containing a schedule I substance"

**Setup a spore syringe site, do the same as above and get warrants for conspiracy to each of its customers.

Once the word gets out the URL's are stings, all you gotta do is tranfer the HTML code to another domain so they dont show up on forums. Maybe change the design a tad if you really wanted to be clever. THis just sounds alot like entrapment too me...but I could be wrong which is why I ask.

Unless they're are reports of customers getting busted after July of 04, I would say this had more to do with the DEA not being able to seize control of the server like they were able to do with the others that got busted.
