How do I use this file format?

I downloaded I heart huckabees but it is in a weird format i dont recognize. In properties it says format type is "Format: Bin/Cue"

How do i watch this, does anyone know?

You need to mount it or burn it to a dvd. I mount my images with daemon tools http://www.daemon-tools.cc/dtcc/announcements.php. Download and install then right click on the icon in your tool bar and go to emulation and select all on, then right click again and go to virtual then device then mount image and select your file.

also if you dont want to mount it you can burn it to a dvd with nero or dvd decrypter and i play my dvds with powerdvd

The link does not work. Is that to mount it? I dont have any blank dvds to burn now, i just want to watch on my laptop.

ya the link is to mount it so you wouldnt have to burn anything it just makes your com think the dvd is in a fake drive hes the link sorry www.daemon-tools.cc/
