So what's going on, are you eating anything? Are you doing loads of drugs?

I was skinny as hell - I don't know what it is in kg's but throughout my early twenties, I was about 10 and a half stone, and I'm 6.3 - I looked like a refugee and then all of a sudden, I started to put weight on....

I put 15 lbs on in 2 weeks. I increased my calorie intake, slowed my excersies.

Its all coming off though when the temp is a bit warmer, i put it on for a bit of an insulator for the winter.

how do you loose weight without knowing why is my question... can someone enlighten me? for me its directly related to what i eat and if i exercise or not... if im stressed it changes what i eat and how often i exercise so stress isnt the sole reason for loosing weight... this kind of scares me people are loosing weight without even trying...
