You can keep mushrooms fresh for a couple of days in a fridge just as you would any other food. So if you have harvests once a week and a fridge you are good to sell that way.

Beyond that I don't know anythign about this holland law you speak of.

some smartshops sell fresh shrooms, and other sell dried. It was on the news a while ago (year ago?). but I don't think they make a big deal out of it because there are smartshops that sell dried shrooms.

Do most people just eat a few of the fresh harvest then dry the remainder? in other words can I just do my first harvest and rinse one off and eat it before going to the dry step? are they just as potent fresh as dry i guess is what i m tryin to ask.

fresh mushrooms are usually a little more potent than dry ones.
however, fresh shrooms contain a lot of water
for example, 1 gram dried does not equal 1 gram fresh
1 gram dried is more like 10 grams fresh.

i'm not very keen on fresh weights tho.
do a search...i saw a post about this recently

Kokopeli Smart Shop in Amsterdam is but one of five of the Consious Drems Smart Shops and one of the more than 120 Smart Shops in Holland. I spent Seven says as the guest of one of these smart shops and the Kokopeli run by Mammosielle Veronique, sells more than 300 doses of P. cubensis on a normal Friday night and bout 100 Copelandia doses and abnout fifty of the sclerotia doses. Inb fact they really have a close call with their supply and demand.

They have to be fresh and cost approx. 25 guilders a dose or $12.50 in American money for a fresh ounce of P. cubensis, seven to ten copelandias or one gram of fresh sclerotia.
