finally ordered spores

i read somethin about this somewhere, but i couldnt find it anymore so please forgive me for askin this here.
I will be starting growing mushrooms soon and i have all the right equipment but theres one problem, i have to leave the mushrooms alone for 2 days (every weekend). Is there any way the mushrooms can survive this? i am going to use perlite on the bottom of the aquarium and i do not have hi tech humidifier machines or whatever they are called. I'm willing to take a risk because i'm going to start with only 2 jars.

They will survive 2 days without problems.

And, start with more jars, at least 5-6, just in case some of the jars fail.

knowing that makes me feel a lot better already. and thanks for the subtle link. yes i am a dummie and i will be using PF TEK method but i ordered a book =)
