greetings to all shroomers...

this question is in reference to tennstud.com

I was wondering how much volume the 50/50 pre-pasteurized dung and straw mix occupies... I use rubbermaid bins which are about 14 inches wide and 22 inches long. How many pounds of 50/50 pre
pasteurized dung and straw mix will it take to fill up one of my bins 6 inches of substrate...

can anybody let me know, I would like to know how much I need to order..

i use 15 lbs of 50/50 poo,and 6 qts of rye for my 65 qt rubbermaid tubs...this puts it at 4 inchs..hope that helps 
i usally just order 30 lbs ..then i always have enough :smirk:

i usually use a half gallon spawned rye grain and try to get my substrate up to 6 inches....
