I have a spore syringe I just picked up. I still haven't picked up everything else I need to start yet though. Can anyone tell me whats the best way to store it for a while? It's in a fairly cool spot at the moment, and its wrapped up good. I'm just not sure how long it can stay there, or at exactly what temperature it should be at. Newbie ;)

Put your spore syringe into a plastic bag.....then stick it in the frig.

no need to fridge the thing. as a matter of fact, it might be a bad idea. store it in a dark cool place and itll hold for about 4 months saying your syringe already has a few months on it anyway.

Thank you Roadkill and Peyotl =) ar393, Is the language really necessary? I haven't been visiting this board for 5 months, only a week or two. I've read through a few faqs and spent about 3 hours looking through the boards, and was unable to find the information I was looking for (I'm on a 28.8, and the message boards are really slow loading at that speed, for me anyways). I needed that information quickly, as I didn't want my little spore buddies to die. If my question was one you have seen answered '12309478209357902345723490 ' times before and it offended you in some way, well, I'm sorry, but that's just the way things are on message boards sometimes. I suspect you will see many more people asking the same questions over and over again here. But, I'll say it again since I'm new here, sorry. Druuber =)

Drubber, My above post has been edited due to your comments, but if you had done more reading before you would never have needed to post. Also its not just you, its the large numbers of posts and reposts of questions that have been answered on the same header page multiple times. and if you need information quickly, using the search feature you would have found your answer in 20 minutes to an hour instead of the 8 hours and 24 minutes between your post and the first reply to your thread. peace, ar393
