Pray for Kiwi

Please, my prayer request is for a small parrotlet named Kiwi.

Earlier today he was his normal self, bickering and all.

Tonight we found him at the bottom of his cage. He was all fluffy and totally out of character. His eyes were closed, too.

From the looks of it, he was severely dehydrated. The vet confirmed this, and they are keeping him overnight. They are getting him hydrated and giving him antibiotics.

They typically live up to 20 years, and he is well-taken care of. But I'm seriously confronted with the possibility of him passing. Even though he isn't always people-friendly, he's still family. Thanks for your support.

Fingers X'd that Kiwi gets better.

I lost my dog not so long ago. It is very upsetting.
He got let out, he's extremely old, decrepid, almost blind and deaf, this was about 2 weeks ago and still no sign . :sad:

I hope Kiwi will get better and in top shape soon !!

My dog is starting to get old.. She's 10 years old as of today..

Next time name your bird something cooler than Kiwi.

Paw Scaggs sounds like a good name to me.
