is there any way to get the buffotonin out of yopo seeds

Before you smoke it? Is there a higher content of buff. on the outside shell as compared to inside?

For the snuff with edible calcium, are threee fresh seeds enough to test out what it's all about or is one ok.

By test out what it's all about I mean NOT breaking through, just see how it feels in my nose, how it makes me feel afterwords, and how I feel about going deeper into the experience.
A low dose basically

Bufotenine is probably soluble in same solvents as the other desired tryptamines so I suspect it might be difficult. Maybe if bufotenine has a much lower evap temp than dmt and 5meo dmt, but i doubt it.

in my experience with Adenethera, (sp?), even a tiny bit of that seed/lime mixture in your nose is going to burn like a motherfucker...seriously. The most painful thing I've ever put up my nose, and I've snorted alot of very dirty crank that hurt something terrible...
