Mixing Strains?

Ive innoculated many jars with 2 different strains and they were not labeled so I dont know which jars are which strain. Is it OK to case substrates of mixed strains together? Any advantages/disadvantages? Please.....

Ive been searching for info. on this matter all morning with no luck...This is my very first experience with cultivation....Ive successfully gotten a dozen jars to colonize with no signs of contamination thus-far. I would greatly appreciate any feedback here...i dont want to do anything to ridiculous at this point....the strains are both cubenis- one Eq & one Mex.

bigg wigg is right. if your casing you can do it but crumble jars seperately and keep one cake on its own side in the casing.and the other cake on the other side
