Guy hunting on my land, posted no hunting signs all over

This guy has balls of steel. We asked him about it and he said that he has a lease with the other party that owns the land and that WE were welcome to get our stands off. I was floored. So we call the other party that co-owns the land with my family and he said that he did not lease to him and he has no idea what the guy is talking about. the sh!t talked his way into hunting with his kid on opening day today and when i get there his kid is in my focking stand. To put a cherry on it all he killed his 3rd deer of the year today. My buddy walked up on him with a 9 pointer and he said that he shot a doe alredy. Now on the first day of gun season he took a 5 pointer.

SO he was only supposed to only hunt there the first day because he got permission from one of the owners for that day only. My brother went out today and the guy was there again.My brother called the cops on him. The cops came out and the guy flat out lied to them and stuck to the story that he had a lease. The cop called the other land owner robert and went through it with him. The cop said that if the guy comes out again that we need to call the chief and he will get in touch with him. He said that if the guy comes out again he will be arrested and he had to tell my brother where the tree stands are. I guess he just tossed them.
