Thats the new democracy, minority appeasment. The whites have pretty much settled into republican or democratic party lines, but the non-white vote is just begging for one party to be "nicer" to them than the other. Thats why Gee Dubya is mexican-coddling and Democrats are black-coddling. Disgraceful.

I really hate to say this, but for once, I agree with MagicalMystery. This is the most desparate attempt at wooing the black/young voters I've ever seen.
