If you find the identity of the assassin, you will find the reason why Kennedy was killed.  The reason it's still important to find out who did this is because if there is someone who is powerful enough to kill the President of the United States Of America and cover it up, then it means that the US was and is still actually run by a shadow government.  That means that we have been building on a lie ever since that day and that means that we have a fake Democracy.  The implications of the JFK assassination are vast.

Bio:  While I do believe that it's possible that someone shot Kennedy from the grassy knoll, I don't think that the badgeman picture holds any weight at all.  I think that the theory put forth by  "The Men Who Killed Kennedy" involving the assassin hiding in the storm drain is very, very plausible.  It would be the perfect place to hide and it would explain the angle at which Kennedy was shot as well.

Shroomism:  With all due respect, you can not prove that Kennedy wanted to expose extraterrestrials.  The document that you get that from could have been made by anyone.

I'm just saying that you always say that with such certainty. I'm not sure why you wouldn't want to prove that if you could. I would love to prove you right. Once we're dead we could very well find out that you're right on the money. I'd love to prove it while still in the relative world.

Besides.. all the good evidence has been hidden under 20+ years of lies, coverups, classified documents, conspiracy theories, and various other mind fucks, initiated by the government and civilians alike. To dig through all that crap you might as well shoot yourself and get it over with.

What I can't believe is that if you go to the book depository today, it's a museum. Not only is the local government able to get $$ from his death, but if you look at the window, you'll notice that Oswald would have had to be hanging upsidedown from the window ledge like a bat to be able to shoot to where Kennedy was shot.

I think there were up to two or three shooters, and one was at the knoll and another was either in the stormdrain or behind a bridge. There were probably signalmen (man with an umbrella in a normal day? man with a radio elsewhere?, man dressed as an official?) and men impersonating s. service and police officers here and there to distract and disperse people as needed. Oswald was scapegoated.

I'm open to the CIA theory(though I doubt it had anything to do with aliens), but another theory I'm keen on involves Castro. It's well-known that Oswald was a communist and had ties to Cuba. But those ties may have been closer than we thought. If Castro had Oswald(and maybe a second gunman?) kill Kennedy, the CIA would have good reason to cover it up in order to prevent an international incident. This could also explain why the files are still kep secret: Castro still lives.

I understand the CIA, but what motive would Kennedy have to get rid of the IRS. Also, where did you get this info?

The IRS is, and was evil, and Kennedy didn't like it. He thought it was unconstitutional for it to even exist.
