I don't care what you think of JLF as a supplier as that is irrelevant here, but if his story is as he tells it, his "rights" have been completely trampled by the jack-booted FDA and DEA. These are Nazi-style tactics.

His stock seized and his assets frozen with no charges leveled against him.

With his lengthy and explicit disclaimer of Poisionous Non-Consumables, you would think he would be safe from any charges of trying to get people to violate the law by ingesting gray-market psychotropics.
