I've spent a good amount of time in France. The youth there is very very actively engaged with their governmental process, in an admirable way.

When i was last there, a group destroyed all the windows of the storefronts on the CHamps-Elysees.

What even started these riots? Two kids running from police had the bright idea to hide in the subway tunnels which happen to have open lines running through them with enough voltage to kill. This is ridiculous.

Europe, and specifically France is a clustterfuck. I used to think that the EU would be an emerging powerful entity that would aim to rival other world powers, but that idea is quickly fading. Although they want to be at that level, it will only happen in their wildest dreams. They are the PC-morality piece of the world, however. We will always here what is just and right from their hypocritical mouths. The facts are they have nothing to back up their tough talk and will NEVER. It is absolutlely pointless that we even entertain them as allies anymore. Britain is the only worthy bunch.

And, for your own knowledge, one does not need to go to Europe to realize it is a clusterfuck. Reading books, studying politics, and analyzing current events gives a much better understanding of something than getting drunk at the local bar 3 blocks from the Eiffel tower.
