where is it safe to send spores?

since the east states are gonna have the mail radiated, i was wonderin where it is safe to send? i live in the midwest states and im gonna order some syringes and wonder if its safe?

From what I have read, only suspicious packages, and the local East Coast mail will go through the post office in New Jersey that is irradiating mail. So far they have mostly been doing mail going to government offices. If you order from one of the vendors out west, chances are it won't go through the New Jersey post office.
