good tv card needed

jo !

so i got sattelite tv using this old hirschmann reciever i got as a present.

well, my room is small and having an extra tv really takes away a lot of space
so i am looking for a nice tv card in order to use my pv as a telly.

requirements are:
1.) PCI
2.) CHEAP
3.) SAT-TV 'able'

deal is, i like got SCART cable from my sat reciever to my telly atm
and i think there are no tv cards with a scart plug - are there?

how can i connect my reciever to the tv card then?
feed me input !

after some researching i found out that this SCART input is called "Composite",
well i need a card with that composite thingie then :wink:
