The Official Xanthan Gum thread....

Its late, i was bored, I am high now, so im no longer bored per se.

Here is thread to open the discussion about Xanthan Gum. Some of you may really dislike it. Some of you may feel it is neccessary for function of the universe. But many of you are wondering what the fuck xanthan gum is.
I really dont understand what it is either, but i constantly recognize it in the list of ingredients on hundreds of product packages. It has something to do with increasing the viscosity of a liquid material.

Im not really sure how I feel about xanthan gum this moment. Anyone else feel any certain way about xanthan gum, now that there is a thread about it?

See this is good. this is the first venue where people can honestly say all they have ever wanted to say about xanthan gum.

Normally, a milkshake is strawberries, ice cream, and milk. But it's a lot cheaper to use bullshit like xantham gum.
