Great game last night

Saw the leafs play their last pre-season game against the red wings at the Air Canada Center last night.  The leafs dominated the game and last I remember where up 10 shots on net half way through the second.

Lindros actually suited up, but he didn't do much other than get one good hit in.  He's really injury prone, I don't know why they even picked him up.....

It's great actually being at the game, it adds a whole new level of intensity.

I wonder how long this thread will last before the off beat drumming from the stinky hippie drum circle knocks it back to page 2 :tongue:

I don't like hockey at all, but going to a game is awesome. I've sat down right at the ice several times and that is great. If it was feasable for me to attend a lot of hockey games, then I would probably be a fan. I just can't tolerate watching it on tv though.

Hockey is the only sport I'll watch on TV.  The announcers make it bearable.

Nothing compares to sitting amoung 18k fans and going crazy when the team you support scores though. :thumbup:

I liked hockey when it was on Fox and they had that cool traily thingy on the puck.

That thing pissed me off. How hard is it to see a black puck on white ice.....It had me cheering for a goal half the time because it always looked like the puck went in the net.

Not sure, they might have started to play in Europe after all the NHL bullshit.

Selanne is back with the ducks and Bure went somewhere else.. for some reason i think the flames or canucks.. not sure on him tho. But yea both still play in the NHL
