Poppy Seed soaking before planting! PLZ HELP!!!

I'm soaking my seeds for about and hour or 2 the ones that float on top are bad right? Please Help! I'm doing this to help with the sporting so thy will spout sooner and in the past I've started seeds in a plastic baggy with a wet paper towel to give moister then once the sport I trans plant them. But I think i may just plant the seeds after the soaking. How does that sound?

Just plant them all. Plant directly on the spot, they don't transplant well. No towel germination.

yeah man, if their 'bad' that just means they wont sprout.
u dont have to worry about male/female or anything like that...
just sprinkle and spray...
