Gremlin panel

is everyones gremlin panel only half loading? everytime i load it only about half of them come up and the other half have red x's instead.

I can't use the panel any more. About halfway through loading something fucks up. If I have Winamp open (which is always on my right side of the screen) it will fuck it all up, push it to the left, rapidly flash it underneath the smiley panel, then fuck up the rest of whatever I have open. I have to end up closing all my explorer windows using End Task. I don't even use that fucking thing any more because it's just a pain in the ass.
