how about a custom instant smileys panel?

It would be cool if we could have some open space in the instant smileys panel to select smileys you use often but aren't in the panel :thumbup:

It would be really awesome.  I think this has been brought up more then a few times in the past.  I don't remember the reasoning behind it, but I do know there is a good reason why this hasn't been implemented yet.

I think it would be cool too.

The only thing is - it sounds like it would be a chore to code something like that. Probably wouldn't be easy and could take a long time, turning into a project rather than a minor change.

maybe they could make where members can just add small sized gramelins, and if it is stupid, it gets removed by an admin later.

That is a great idea, however... not all the gremlins are the same size. Maybe it could be an external link like the "More Smileys" link, only it could be "My Smileys" and only have the ones you want?

That would be a bit easier to do I think.

Also who's idea was it to include  :rocket: in the main smileys???

the sword/pen/rocketship/whatever... it's always been there... it's just one of those things you cant get rid of, an icon of classic shroomery

and i think a custom pannel would be better than having to go through everything... i'd like to keep the few i do use from time to time in the same spot, and not have to go clickin on every drop down to find it... it took me like 5 minutes to find the one i was looking for the other day... 5 minutes..
