My experience of truly living in the instant (which is somewhat rare) is very much like being on pure Estacy. It is Bliss. Doesn't matter what is happening.

To say yes to one instant..
is to say yes for an instant.

All there is is an instant...so the instant is infinite...but you could change your mind. How many instances does it take to say yes? I can't keep up with all these instances they are too fast.

To say yes to one instant..
Is to say yes to The instant.

All there is is the instant.. So the instant is infinite. But you could change your mind to think otherwise, and fragment the instant into smaller fragments, into many instances... Ah, I can't keep up with time, it's too fast.

But the time and the eternal present are not the same thing.

Having fun? Its all about awareness don't you think. If you can't keep up then slow down and be present with what you can be aware of right now. Maybe your awareness will grow and you can handle more later. Why care?

I thought of that as I was driving just after posting. It's really only one instant..which is the infinite...but it is a state that is constantly changing and morphing into new things...
I think that how we think of time distorts our perception of the moment.

That is within your power! Right now you are choosing not to.

Love the instant and be present.
Keep a step to see the full picture...and vanish.

maybe the one thing i like most about drugs is that the really force/allow you to live in the instant

although.....what is not living in the moment? no matter where you mind is...it's still taking place now
