Upgrades This Weekend

Evening,
The shroomery will be switching over to some brand new servers this weekend. Despite our tireless preparation we all expect there to be unforeseeable bugs. Please report them once we make the upgrade announcement and we will get to them ASAP. This upgrade is going to mean some serious speed improvements for the site.

hehe upgrades usually do.. this is a big one as well. Everything is being ported over to Intel 64bit platforms.

Speed improvements? I have dial-up, and it's pretty f*ing fast as it is. Get ready for light-speed shrooming everyone!

Well 95% of the time the site is very fast. However, during peak hours, user sometimes experience some lag. We like to try and identify and solve issues before they go beyond an annoyance.
