Apology..

I recently flamed this community in OTD.
But, I think this is a time where we all join together in wish luck to those in Katrina right now.

I would like to apologize to the board. I made myself look like a dumbass. But.. Things have been getting serious now.

First off, my grandfather is passing on. He is a major alcoholic. He has been in bad shape for the past 4 years. He drinks day in and day out, drunk 24/7. He cannot walk worth a damn because of his nerves in his legs are dead. So, Me and my family are predicting that he may not make it past tonight. HE is in the local hospital as we speak. All im asking for from you guys, is positive vibes for me, my grandfather, and my family.

Now, on to Katrina.
I am in its projected path. I just hope everyone turns out safe in this catastrophic storm. It is one of the most dangerous ever. So, if you are in its path, I wish you the best of luck, and you are in my prayers. Why am i not evacuated? Because I live on the border of alabama and tennessee. The winds are picking up around here, and i hope everything turns out good between Katrina and its victims.

Like I said guys, If I offended you in any way, I apologize greatly.

No problem. We all have our off days. My best wishes for your granddad, though. Maybe he'll wake up to the fact that alcohol is really messing him up. At least one can hope..  :heart:

As for Katrina, I wouldn't worry overmuch about it, as it'll probably be very much weakened by the time it hits your area. You'll get some gusty winds and a lot of rain, at worst, I would imagine....

m00nshine is currently vacationing in Maui. Rumor has it he got rolled by drunken natives and is currently prostituting himself in order to pay for airfare back to the mainland but he's having trouble juggling a hairon addiction. He won't be back for a long while.

Sorry about the storm down there. I cant imagine what that would be like. And i think most of us will appreciate your apology. That takes balls and the willingness to say personal things on public forums says a lot about your character. Good luck with everything and i ll try to send prayers your way. I recently saw on some channel that prayers do help patients heal by 50 to 60 %. Of course it is not not certain because prayer can not be measured. But as a spiritual person that it can affect a person of well being. Again Good luck, shroomery is a supportive community.
