Cacti, seeds and seedlings

I just ordered allot of cacti seeds. Ive read all I need to know to grow them. I have a question though, is it safe to use peroxide or a solution of peroxide to preven and or cure damping off fungus. Is there a easier way to prevent or cure it, that would last longer? Where do I get the cheshnut compound?

where did u get ur seeds from.. and also u can buy a good fungicide at just about any nursery.. just look for something that specializes in cactus fungi.. however not neccessary, it helps a bit

i don't even use fungicide or anything like that and so far so good.

well my cacti require 80 degrees soil temp and high humidity to sprout well, with them conditions i am really concerned with mold, fungus growth.

ive used 'superol' with good results.
its even safe for my most sensitive of carnivorous plants...

Use a seed starter like the Park Seed starter. I've never had to use any chemicals whatsoever.
