"The Road To..." pencil drawing

When I scanned the pic it was really light since I did it in pencil- so I turned the contrast way up but by doing that a lot of the shading is hard to see. But anyway,

I like it. That main face reminds me of Picasso's work. Is he one of your influences?

thank you, thank you. no, actually I haven't studied any artist's work at all. The only influence I have that is specific enough to name is, well, Tool's art...which I guess would mean Ramiro Rodriguez and Adam Jones(the guitarist). I can think of 2 paintings that I know the artist who did them. "Starry Night" by Van Gogh and "Waterlilies" by Monet, other than that...dunno.
