Imbedding images/video in powerpoint

Is there a way to imbed images or video into the actualy presentation? I don't want to have it linked to outside sources. I want one giant fucking powerpoint file with all the fun stuff in there. Any help?

I don't think I actually can now that I'm looking into it more. I think I have to save it as a package, which gathers all the files into one folder and links to the one folder.

Ah shit man, you can only link files, only WAV files can be embedded
