Plus, a single sentence such as "The Dude's Lair" or "The Dudes Lair [sic]" could never be copyrighted, only trademarked.

If you can prove that your website is older than his, there is no way he can trademark the name "thedudeslair" as a website url.

he probably found it doing a google search for his site... it's just what you do when your site sucks.

That was the last e-mail he sent me ... What a God Damn Looser.  I can't believe his Illiterate ass was smart enough to Narc on me to Tripod. {That was the whole e-mail and I didn't touch the spelling on it}

My site did break there rules but they hadn't noticed it in the entire like 6-8 years it Existed. Now, all of a sudden it was taken down  :mad2: :sad: :thumbdown:

This was just me venting but I say shun this bastard...I mean damn..Get a life guy.  :eek:
