What have been the lowest and highest times of your life so far?

Lowest: Living with my parents, my 18th year of life = total despair, a mushroom trip in particular.

Highest: A few come to mind, like marrying my husband, the NE Gathering, my first festival, a few awesome mushrooms trips, etc.

lowest between 9 and 17, mother passed away and spent my time trying to figure out who i was and why nobody wanted me.  that actually went well into when i was 20 dealing with that BS.

conclusion:  fuck everyone, what do they know about me anyways?  i am me, and i love me, and i love you too if you know how to smile.

highest point in my life?

my daughters being born....  those moments when the connection is so pure and so true with them, that the parent/children relationship is blurred into best friend.

also:  when you re-realise that everyone is god, especially with another person who gets the re-epihphiny at the same time.

i usually make life long friends that way.

Anyway..high points? I don't know..it's been a long time. Getting laid finally is up there..second mushroom trip. Life kinda sucks.

lowest - 16-19 years old.. depressed as a motherfuck, living on my own, working 60 hour weeks to stay afloat

highest - 16-19 years old.. depressed as a motherfuck, living on my own, working 60 hour weeks to stay afloat.. :grin: .... playing with my band in front of 2,000 people opening for one of my favorite bands ever and getting to meet them and hang out with them backstage. multiple enlightening mushroom and acid trips. Amazing gatherings. Making love.

highest would also have to compete with Blue Ridge Harvest Fest in Lafayette Georgia last year. Blew my freaking mind.

Some highlights of my life, in no particular order:

1. My first time smoking cannabis on the dunes of Western Michigan (1993).
2. My first acid trip with my girlfriend and our mutual female friend (2002).
3. My first time shrooming, in Amsterdam (2000).
4. Bonnaroo 2004. My first time meeting drug website people.
5. Woodstock '99. My first festival and my first exposure to drug culture outside of reading about it online.
6. 10,000 Lakes Festival this year. Seeing Les Claypool while tripping in blazing sun with the heat index at 125 was a transcental experience.
7. Cliff jumping. 50 feet straight into the water. Still bruised from that.
8. The NE Shroomery Gathering.
9. Walking all over Paris with a random American girl I met there.
10. Mesa climbing east of the Hoover Dam after a ridiculous Vegas cash burn which inspired me to start growing cacti.

Highest - 18-19 selling yayo at college getting whatever girls i wanted and going to whatever party i wanted getting high as a mother fucker

Lowest - right now, getting caught selling it and going to jail for awhile and bailing myself out and here i am...

Lowest: After my first gf broke up with me. I was a total wreck for about 2 months after that. Couldn't eat, couldn't sleep. Spent hours crying into my pillow. Never thought I'd find love again.

Highest: The past few months have been great for me in terms of self-esteem. For the first time, it seems like things are starting to fall into place for me. I'm no longer worried about my future. I can tell good things are in store for me.

lowest: Now. This year has sucked so bad.

Highest:
1. in retrospect everyday I got to just hang out with my crew.
2. years 17-19 18 was probably the best
3. Sable, 18th birthday, WEMF, Acid/E the frodo stone.
4. Everytime I get to hang out with shroomerites....I can only begin to realize how lucky we are to have this opportunity.

today i have managed to get more hurt(mentally,not physically) in my entire life.....

so hurt in fact that i've been shaking for maybe an hour,haha....



god i love my life,it's not even a surprise anymore....

highest: age 15-18 ('96-'99), havin no responsibilities skippin school and partying most of the time, also this was the age I had my only serious gf, still love her to this day. Back then, we had what I liked to call 'the unified crew'. We were always rollin like 5 cars deep, our group would take up the entire smoking section at Denny's. Also, I was new to drugs at this point, so everything affected me more. Being young, it seemed as if everything had more novelty.

lowest: age 18-19, bein out on my own for the first time, workin my ass off, havin no money or family support, livin in the absolute ghetto. Being depressed over breaking up with aforementioned gf.

other high point: age 19-23, going to college, sellin dope and meeting all kinds of rad people. This was what I call 'the golden age of raving': seemed like everyone was down, no matter where we went. During this time, you had to try NOT to get laid.

other low point: right now. Out of college, most friends have moved away, gotten busted, or fallen into one of the other of life's numerous little pitfalls. Everyone I know seems to be broke. Have absolutely no clue what I will do with the rest of my life, feel tired from waaaay too much drug use, living off savings from aforementioned drug dealing business. Seems like its almost impossible to get a large group of people together these days, as feuds and drama have torn my social group apart.

but hey, if the wave pattern is applicable here, I should be in for some more good times real soon!
