Thanks for being concerned MS, I'll be fine, but my anxiety has been super bad lately, and the doctors won't give me enough xanax to deal with it. I don't even know what's going with me.

When I drink I get depressed and my panic attacks get worse. Plus I break stuff and yell at people.

i know. actually the best thing for MY anxiety is exercise. if i saw his post bout the gym before, i wouldnt of suggested drugs:grin:

Seriously. I've been *mostly* sober for the past 2-3 weeks, but before then I was smoking weed everynight.

weed has alot to do with anxiety to (for me anyways). when i quit weed i felt SO much better

This isn't for everyone, but I find when psychological issues (such as anxiety) start to weigh me down, an introspective psychedelic experience (either with mushrooms, mdma, or lsd (never tried the latter though)) helps me immensely. I suppose you could even do like a journal or something while sober too.

Once you better understand where your anxiety is coming from, you can better deal with it. If you're positive that the anxiety is solely from weed withdrawal or something similar, there are a few herbs that can help, like skullcap...probably the most effective, followed by Kava (in a proper preparation) in second.
