That's a contradiction there. Evolution is all about power; if raping gave people power and a better chance for survival, which is debatable, then it would have everything to do with evolutionary power. If it's simply a few isolated cases, then chances are it's mostly mutations that die out because they don't help our survival.

Morals don't exist in Darwinism, only in the human perception of it. They have no foundation in reality other than helping our survival by giving us "moral outrage" over incidents like these.

honestly I would do the same thing!

I have a two year old daughter and the world how it is now scares me to death because if anyone ever ever ever hurt her or touced her in anyway they werent suppose to I would go nuts! I wouldnt ust burn him I would have tortured him.

Right on man. I agree.

Not to say that I wouldn't do what the woman did because it would be almost impossible to not try to get back at him in some way. Being a human, it is sometimes hard to do what you believe is right. So even though I believe it was wrong for her to kill him, I might have and would have probly done the same thing in an act of rage.
