Retroadical is the perfect descriptive device for this pervayour of auditory bliss.

My mommy found it at her parents house and brought it home for me last week.

Here are the highlights of my groovy collection:

Jimi Hendrix - The Cry of Love
Grand Funk Railroad - Closer to Home and Survival
Alice Cooper - Billion Dollar Babies
The Guess Who - The Best of

When I was about 7 or 8, I had an old junk "stereo" with an 8-track player, and I had that same Guess Who tape! "Clap for the Wolfman - he's gonna rate your record high!"

So you have the player and those tapes? Nice. I'd love to have the "Cry Of Love" tape. I only have a few 8 tracks, and my best one is the soundtrack to the Sharon Tate movie "Valley Of The Dolls".

I was so surprised at how good of sound quality it had after all those years. The only bad thing about "The Cry of Love" is that Angel is broken up over two track thingys.

There are some really good songs on that album. Most of those songs are on the album "First Rays Of The New Rising Sun", which is more of an official album. You should get that.

That's what I needa!"
