Tripping at the Drum & Bugle Corps

There is a Drum Corps International exhibition in a nearby city tonite while I'll be attending. For those that don't know, DCI is basically an organization of professional marching bands which tour all summer competing and putting on marching performances. High energy.... amazing brass & drum lines... beautiful music and precise marching.

I've got a 2 grams of shrooms from my last harvest left and plan on eating those bad boys a little before the show starts. I'll let you all now how it goes tomorrow :-)

I'm so jealous!  I used to be in marching band in high school and I had a friend who actually participated at the Drum and Bugle Corp competitions...

Watching a precision marching band, much less a drum corp is an amazing thing. Even while sober! In highschool I watched my own marching band after I got out of the hospital from a serious injury and I was still really high on morphine, and THAT was one amazing night  :grin:

I'm totally jealous of you, Gr8fulJ, and I wish that I was there enjoying the sites with you. Can't wait to hear your trip report! :wink:

Angela and I are going to DCI August 1st in Rome NY... its in Ogdensburg too... DCI is great. THere was a huge DCI festival in Glens Falls last week, but I missed it due to work.

I used to know a bunch of kids in the crossmen.
