Just wonderin what was the longest amount of time you guys had to wait for pins from date of birthing?

AFOAF (who will be known as... me) just had first harvest. Of 4 cakes, 3 pinned within the first 5 days, but for some reason one of them took about 2 weeks.

I have seen people wait untill the fungus starts to pin while still in the jars. So, in there case: 0 days.
