Air exchange in Hippies neglect tek

Ok, First off, I am starting the neglect tek in the next few days(ya know invitro fruiting), and am wondering if Using micron magic filter discs would help, or do I just leave the jars sealed? Next, I want to know how to add h2o2 to the casing mix, as I am not spraying my shrooms(they're in jars). Thanks

Dude,all I can say is good luck with that growing in the jar tek.All I have ever seen from that is a few paltry(colerless)thin shrooms,that took FOREVER to grow.

yeah what's the point, what a horrible tek, its a frigan travisty. Just give me your colonized jars, for the love of god let those poor shrooms out.

sounds less like a tek and more like an accedent that happened to someone who forgot about some jars
