Could some tell me how to make the cakes or a website that shows in good detail how to.
Hopefully w/ pictures.

well this is the Shroomery right? i shouldnt be answering such a dumb question but anyways...go to the grow find section on the main shroomery page or go to a vendors site and check there teks..or just read the posts here.. people are always elaborating on the most used best teks.. go mmgg or i 1st used the simple cubensis grow guide...do the work yourself, the info here, now find........

If you want the small and skinny of it.
for 1/2 pints (get the wide mouth):
poke some holes in the lids (rubber side up, because you don't want the jar to vacuum seal) and cover w/ masking tape
substrate prep: (per jar)
1/2 cup vermiculite (garden supply)
1/4 cup brown rice flour(grocery)
1/4 cup of water, give or take (some use natural/bottled water)
mix that up, fill your jars to the bottom of the rim (a little less that an inch from the top)
wipe the remaining rim clean of BRF, and fill it the rest of the way up with pure dry vermiculite, put your lid on loosely (rubberized edge up) cover with tin foil and pressure cook for an hour at at least 10 lbs pressure.
Wait for them to cool and innoculate.
